Refund policy

Brwnsgr Skincare is made in small batches by hand. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Brwnsgr Skincare does not offer refunds or exchanges  on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to brwnsgrhelp@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receiving your package and we will gladly replace for you. In some cases we may ask you to send us the broken item.

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Brwnsgr Skincare offers the following shipping options:

• Canada: $10 flat rate to anywhere in Canada (Excluding army bases and PO boxes)
• Canada: Free standard shipping for orders over $100 (Excluding army bases and PO boxes)
• USA: $10 flat rate standard shipping to anywhere in the U.S. (Excluding army bases and PO boxes)
  
• USA: FREE standard shipping on orders over $100CAD to anywhere in the U.S. (Excluding army bases and PO boxes)

IMPORTANT: Please note that Brwnsgr Skincare shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.
