What is the body butter shelf life?

Since there is no water in our body butter formulas there is little room for bacteria growth. The approximate expiry date is 1-2 years from opening.

My body butter arrive melted and “half empty”

All of our body butters and scrubs are made with shea butter (and/or mango butter) that are melted and then whipped to achieve the fluffy and soft consistency. Unfortunately if you live in a warmer climate there is a chance your body butter may arrive to you melted. The skin benefits are still active and the body butter is still usable. If it is liquid please place the body butter in the fridge for it to get hard.

We offer “Thermal Shipping” which includes thermal bubble wrap to help prevent this from happening. It is not guaranteed but it can help preserve the consistency a little longer.

What is the body scrub shelf life?

Since the foaming scrum contains water, there is a natural preservative mixed which can preserve the body scrub for 6-8 months.

What happens if I received damaged goods?

If you receive damaged items, email brwnsgrhelp@gmail.com photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order. Since the damage will have occurred during shipping, which is not the senders responsibility, you will be eligible for a replacement product on the house but will just need to pay the shipping fee.

All items are final sale and non-refundable.

Turmeric Wash

You have gained a new customer!
I am absolutely impressed by the texture of this body butter. At first glance it looks like its hard, but once you touch it feels like it melts on your skin. It is not greasy either...I honestly don't know how to better describe it. It feels really smooth after its on your skin, and the smell of this one is wonderful! Even after hours I could still smell it, but its not an overwhelming scent. It feels very comfy for me.

Damaged Turmeric Scrub Not Worth It!

Purchased the Turmeric Scrub in “damaged” form. Product was described as “slightly deflated.” Definitely not slightly, jars came with 1/2 - 1/3 of product. Should have know the price was too good to be true. The scrub is wonderful, but I definitely recommend the regular, underaged product.

However, I am pleased to report that I have successfully managed to combat this issue by layering body butter and body oil. Huge Fan

I started watching the vlogs and tik tok videos a couple years ago and was finally able to try some products! I make skincare myself and really loved everything about the videos and products. I ordered the Aloeha Facial Moisturizer and the Cocoa Butter Kisses whipped body butter. They both smell AMAZING! I was really impressed by the non-greasy feel of the moisturizer on my face. The body butter smells heavenly and absorbs into my skin so well. You don't need to use much so it should last a while. Thank you for creating such quality products and being so transparent about the process and ingredients. My favorite kind of skincare!

These body butter scents smell amazing and they really work! They hydrate the skin so well, you won't be disappointed. Make sure to read the scent descriptions on the tab. I've never been let down by her products. This is my go-to site for buying body butter for myself, my friends, and my family.
